CATO MacOS Client Install - Self Service
This guide explains how to install the new VPN client CATO on your MacBook. If CATO is missing from Jamf Connect Self-Service or the installation fails, contact the ICS Service Desk at helpdesk@credit.com or call 801.703.7000.
During installation, if prompted for credentials to change Global Protect or CATO, use your local login.
Click on the Jamf Connect Icon in the Status Menu and select Open Self Service.
Locate Install CATO -Self Service and click on Install.
Wait until the installation completes. You will see Global Protect disappear from the Status Menu and the CATO icon appear.
When the application finishes installing you’ll see this screen. Give it a minute before clicking the button to connect.
After clicking the button you’ll enter the same email address you use to login to your Microsoft products.
Use the same email address on the Microsoft screen. Then enter your password and Multifactor Authentication.
